We want you to love what you ordered! Since many of our items are lovingly handmade, here is how our return process works:

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

2. Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

3. What Cannot Be Returned?
Handmade & Custom Items: Because these are specially crafted-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final sale.

4. Return Shipping
If it's our fault:(Damaged or wrong item) We will cover the return shipping or send a replacement right away.
f you changed your mind:** You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

5. How to Start a Return
Drop us an email at : lifeisapresent689@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We'll send you the return instructions within 24-48 hours.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and check your item, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
